What You Will Do

• Receive and stow inbound inventory using handheld scanners to ensure products are stored accurately and safely.
• Walk and stand for the duration of your shift to pick customer orders from shelves with a focus on quality.
• Pack and label customer orders efficiently, preparing them for their journey to their final destination.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) like forklifts or order pickers after completing our free, paid training and certification program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize modern handheld scanner technology to manage inventory, process orders, and maintain accuracy.
• Rotate through various stations and tasks within the fulfillment center, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and production standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment for everyone.
• Work collaboratively with your team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals and deadlines.
• Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (with all necessary safety equipment).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to contribute to our culture of safety.
