Job Description

We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join us as Retail Sales Associates (we call them Mobile Experts). This is a premier entry-level position, and no previous sales or wireless experience is necessary. We provide incredible, fully paid training to give you the skills and confidence to succeed.
As a Mobile Expert, you are more than a salesperson. You are a technology guide and a problem-solver who connects our customers with the products and services that keep them connected to their world. - Provide outstanding customer service, from answering questions and demonstrating devices to troubleshooting basic technical issues with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine customer relationships and loyalty by acting as a true expert on our full range of products, services, and promotions.
- Execute the end-to-end sales process: effectively identifying customer needs, presenting compelling solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Consistently attain and exceed your monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory counts, cash handling, and maintaining our vibrant visual merchandising standards.
- Actively participate in all ongoing training and coaching sessions to stay on the cutting edge of the latest mobile technology and sales strategies.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture where everyone is committed to winning together.

Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- You must have the flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
