What You Will Do

• Provide safe, timely, and highly confidential driving services for senior executives, management staff, and designated company guests.
• Meticulously maintain the assigned executive vehicle to impeccable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and roadworthiness at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all company defensive driving techniques, journey management procedures, and in-vehicle safety protocols without exception.
• Expertly plan routes to ensure punctuality for all appointments, including airport transfers, factoring in traffic and potential security concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport senior management personnel to and from the office, business meetings, the airport, and other designated locations as required.
• Perform daily and weekly checks on the assigned vehicle (e.g., oil, water, tyre pressure, brakes) and promptly report any mechanical issues for immediate repair.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate logbook of all journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, roadworthiness, and registration, are always valid and kept securely in the vehicle.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Port Harcourt road network, including the most efficient routes, alternative routes, and security-aware travel planning.
• Exercise the highest level of personal discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality of all conversations and activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of a Senior School Certificate (SSCE) is required.
• A valid and current Nigerian Driver's Licence (Class D or E).
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional driving experience, with at least 3 of those years serving as an executive or corporate driver for a reputable organization.
• A current and valid certification in Defensive Driving from a recognized and accredited institution is a mandatory requirement.
