Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, expertly prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple timezones.
  • Organize and coordinate all logistics for virtual team meetings, online all-hands events, and digital workshops.
  • Process and submit expense reports and assist with vendor invoice tracking in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Draft, proofread, and format internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and team-wide announcements.
