What You Will Do

• Perform a variety of daily warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods for our prestigious clients.
• Utilize modern handheld scanners and our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track all inventory movements.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently (forklift training may be provided).
• Consistently ensure that all operational activities adhere to DHL’s world-class standards for safety, quality, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order slips and instructions from the WMS.
• Perform inbound receiving duties, including unloading containers, checking goods against delivery orders, and stowing products in their correct locations.
• Participate in regular stock-taking and cycle count activities to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy.
• Prepare goods for outbound dispatch, which includes correct labeling, secure shrink-wrapping, and the staging of pallets.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping in all areas of the warehouse, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Strictly adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols at all times.

Required Skills

• The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to comfortably use handheld scanning devices after training.
• A strong sense of personal responsibility, with excellent reliability and punctuality.
• A good eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
• A steadfast commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or a Nitec certification is preferred.
• This position is open to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
• You must be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, which may include lifting items up to 15kg.
• A positive attitude, a high level of reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
