Job Description/Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure they are running correctly and efficiently.
• Immediately report any machinery faults, safety hazards, or product quality issues to the shift supervisor.
• Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products as directed.
• Perform visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet FMN's high standards.
