Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking clients experiencing issues with SAP products.
- Methodically analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Clearly and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical users.
- Actively contribute to our internal and external knowledge bases by creating and updating support articles and guides in German.
- Identify and report on trends in customer issues to help our product and engineering teams make targeted improvements.
- Consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, building strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
Required Skills
- Native or near-native fluency in German is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical, logical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
