This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere within Spain, with connection to our vibrant international hub in Málaga. What You Will Do
- Provide expert functional and technical support for the Oracle NetSuite ERP product to our global, English-speaking customer base.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues related to finance, CRM, supply chain, and e-commerce modules.
- Professionally manage a dedicated case queue, prioritizing issues effectively and communicating progress clearly and proactively to customers.
- Author and contribute to our extensive technical knowledge base, creating articles and guides that empower our customers to self-serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Methodically analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes within the NetSuite platform or its configuration.
- Confidently guide customers through complex workflows and configuration steps via email, phone, and screen-sharing sessions.
- Escalate complex technical or bug-related issues to senior and development engineering teams, acting as the customer's advocate.
- Proactively manage customer expectations throughout the case lifecycle to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing virtual training sessions to stay updated on new product features and support procedures.
- Consistently meet and exceed all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for case response, progress, and resolution times.

Preferred Qualifications
- Complete professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level, written and verbal) is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role for a software or technology company (e.g., customer support, account management, implementation specialist).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or a related field is highly desirable.
