Job Description/Summary

Atlantic Records is hiring immediately for a Paid Music Production Intern for our Fall Program at our Los Angeles headquarters. What You Will Do

  • Provide critical administrative and logistical support to the A&R and Music Production departments.
  • Assist in preparing for high-profile recording sessions by helping book studios, coordinating artist and producer schedules, and preparing session notes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing calendars and coordinating schedules for meetings and studio sessions.
  • Support the A&R team with the intake and logging of solicited demo submissions according to company policy.
  • Help prepare and distribute necessary documentation for sessions, including lyric sheets, tracklists, and producer/songwriter agreements.
  • Support the team during official listening sessions by managing music playback and taking detailed, organized feedback notes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including processing expense reports, assisting with travel arrangements, and maintaining digital file organization.
  • Uphold the strictest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
