What You Will Do
- Ethically promote and detail our diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within your territory.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, professional relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in major hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed the monthly and quarterly sales and prescription targets for your assigned territory in Ibadan.
- Gather and report on crucial market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging clinical trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute a weekly and monthly schedule of visits to targeted healthcare professionals across your assigned territory.
- Conduct persuasive, evidence-based presentations and "detailing" sessions on the features, benefits, and clinical advantages of Fidson's pharmaceutical products.
- Organize and conduct clinical group meetings, presentations, and workshops for groups of doctors, pharmacists, and other hospital staff.
- Work to ensure the consistent availability and prominent visibility of Fidson products in all key pharmacies and hospital formularies within your territory.
- Meticulously monitor and analyze your sales performance against set targets and develop clear strategies to address any shortfalls or capitalize on opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular, timely, and accurate reports on your field activities, sales performance, and market intelligence to the Area Sales Manager.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, or a related life science field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrable and successful experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria.
- A valid Nigerian driver's license and a proven ability to drive manual transmission vehicles are essential requirements for this role.
- You must possess a strong existing network and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including key hospitals and pharmacies in Ibadan.
