This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to start a stable career with a world-famous company. As a Factory Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of our high-quality products. You will work in a clean, safe, and modern manufacturing environment, learning how our products are made from start to finish. What You Will Do

• Safely operate and monitor our modern production machinery to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to our high standards.
• Perform regular quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet Nestlé’s strict quality specifications.
• Assist with the packing, sealing, and labeling of finished goods, preparing them for storage and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work area at all times, strictly following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate your assigned production line machinery in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct in-process quality control checks, including visual inspections, weighing, and simple measurements, and record the results accurately.
• Report any machinery faults, production issues, or quality deviations to the shift Team Leader immediately.
• Ensure that all necessary raw materials and packaging supplies are sufficiently stocked for your workstation to maintain continuous production.
• Adhere strictly to all factory safety rules, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations without compromise.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members to meet the daily production targets safely and efficiently.

Required Skills

• The ability to carefully and consistently follow both written and verbal instructions.
• A good eye for detail to spot any defects or inconsistencies in products or packaging.
• A reliable, punctual, and responsible team player who can be counted on by your colleagues.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for understanding instructions and recording data.
• A strong and unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or GCE 'N'/'O' Levels is required.
• This position is open to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
• You must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule (which includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
• A responsible, diligent, and safety-conscious mindset is the most important qualification we are looking for.
