Job Description

As part of a major service team expansion, Eko Hotels & Suites is conducting an urgent hiring drive for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Hotel Housekeepers & Facility Assistants. We have multiple openings and are looking for candidates who are available for an immediate start. This is a foundational, entry-level role, and no prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive, world-class training in 5-star hospitality standards. The core of this position is to uphold the pristine and comfortable environment our guests expect. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms (Housekeeping) while also supporting the general upkeep and maintenance reporting of hotel facilities. What You Will Do

• Ensure guest rooms and suites are cleaned, sanitized, and presented to the highest 5-star standards of excellence.
• Diligently restock all room amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure a comfortable and welcoming guest experience.
• Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of public hotel areas, including lobbies, hallways, and lounges, to maintain our hotel’s pristine image.
• Act as the eyes and ears of the facilities team by promptly reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing in guest rooms and public areas.
• Change bed linens and towels, and make beds to hotel standards.
• Thoroughly sanitize and clean bathrooms, replenishing toiletries and ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Manage and organize the linen and supply closet for the assigned floor, ensuring it is well-stocked.
• Report any technical issues, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
• Adhere strictly to the hotel's rules regarding health, safety, and guest privacy.
