• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch a wide variety of customer orders using modern warehouse technology and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanners and other technology to accurately pick items for our online and store orders.
• Carefully and efficiently pack items to our high standards to prevent damage during transit to our customers.
• Safely load and unload vehicles, and sort goods for storage in the correct warehouse locations.
• Adhere strictly and consistently to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all Partners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with our good housekeeping standards.
• Be flexible and willing to be trained across different departments within the warehouse to support the wider team.

Required Skills

• A strong and reliable team player with good verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in your work.
• Excellent timekeeping and a proven record of reliability and punctuality are essential.
• The ability to carefully follow instructions and work diligently to meet set targets and deadlines.
