Sony Pictures Entertainment is hiring now for an entry-level Studio Operations Assistant to join our team in Culver City. What You Will Do
- Provide essential on-the-ground support to our Studio Operations team across the entire historic Culver City studio lot.
- Assist with the daily preparation, maintenance, and turnover of our world-famous soundstages and production offices for incoming projects.
- Help manage the inventory and distribution of crucial production equipment, furniture, and supplies to active shows.
- Act as a key runner and facilitator between various departments (Transportation, Lighting, Set Dressing) to ensure smooth logistical flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the placement of directional signage and logistical preparations for productions shooting on the lot.
- Support the Set-up/Strike crew in preparing offices and workspaces for new and departing production crews.
- Conduct routine checks and walkthroughs of soundstages and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Help coordinate the movement of vehicles, equipment, and personnel around the studio lot in a safe and efficient manner.
- Respond promptly to service requests from various production departments, providing timely and professional support.
- Learn, understand, and strictly adhere to all studio safety, security, and environmental protocols.
