This role is focused on selling plots of land and houses in our prime estates to a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. While some prior sales experience is a definite advantage, we are ultimately looking for confident, articulate, and tenacious individuals with a flair for selling, and we will provide excellent training for the right candidates. What You Will Do

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients who are interested in our diverse real estate products.
  • Conduct professional site inspections and compelling sales presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our estates to prospective clients.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to consistently meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients to foster trust and encourage valuable referrals and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source new clients through a variety of channels, including professional networking, cold calling, social media marketing, and generating referrals.
  • Provide prospective clients with expert advice on real estate investment opportunities and guide them seamlessly through the entire sales process.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in all company sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional site inspection events.
  • Stay continuously up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Lekki-Epe real estate corridor.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to effectively follow up on and convert company-generated leads into successful sales.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional and proven selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • A very high level of self-motivation, personal ambition, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • A highly resilient and positive attitude, with the proven ability to handle rejection and persevere to achieve your goals.
  • Strong networking abilities and a good working knowledge of the Lekki, Ajah, and Epe geographical axis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a direct sales role (Real Estate, Insurance, Banking-DSA, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • You must be well-spoken, highly confident, and possess a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
  • You must be a resident of Lekki or live in a nearby, easily commutable area (e.g., Ajah, Sangotedo, Victoria Island).
