Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reset studio rooms for sessions, including arranging microphones, stands, cables, and headphones as directed by the engineering team.
- Anticipate and fulfill all client hospitality requests, including managing food and beverage orders and maintaining a clean, comfortable lounge environment.
- Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and organization of all studio spaces, equipment closets, and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist engineering staff with session archiving, meticulous labeling of digital files, and accurate documentation of session notes.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing packages and liaise with courier services for the timely transport of sensitive materials like hard drives and master tapes.
- Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and helpful attitude, ensuring a world-class experience for every client.
