Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and manage their transactions (including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers) with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Open new accounts for customers, ensuring all documentation and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met.
  • Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account issues, providing clear, correct, and helpful information.
  • Promote and cross-sell various bank products and services, such as savings accounts, personal loans, and our innovative digital banking solutions.
  • Carefully reconcile your cash drawer at the end of each business day, ensuring it balances perfectly with the transaction records.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, professional ethics, and security in all customer interactions and transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program and possess your discharge certificate.
  • Applicants must not be older than 26 years of age at the time of application.
  • You must have the pre-existing legal right to work in Nigeria.
