What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive and professional administrative and secretarial support to a specific department or team of managers.
- Expertly manage complex schedules, coordinate logistics for meetings and workshops, and handle all travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare, format, and distribute a wide range of professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain a highly efficient and organized office environment by managing files, ordering supplies, and serving as a key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the department, professionally handling all incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues and coordinating resources.
- Coordinate all logistics for local and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and transport arrangements.
- Process expense reports, purchase requisitions, and other administrative paperwork accurately and in compliance with company policy.
- Develop and maintain a systematic and secure filing system for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- A high level of proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and articulate demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or an Upper Credit.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at the time of application.
- 0-3 years of relevant administrative, secretarial, or office support experience in a structured corporate environment.
- You must have the pre-existing legal right to work in Nigeria.
