What You Will Do
- Participate in a comprehensive and structured rotational programme across various civil engineering functions (e.g., structural design, geotechnical, site management).
- Assist Project Managers and Site Engineers with the daily supervision, planning, and coordination of complex construction activities.
- Learn to interpret complex engineering drawings, perform rigorous quality control checks, and ensure strict compliance with international safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, accurately document project progress, and assist with high-level project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly under the supervision of senior engineers on our active, large-scale construction sites in and around Lagos.
- Assist in monitoring project progress against established timelines and budgets, and report on any deviations.
- Conduct regular quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections on materials and workmanship to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
- Ensure all site activities are conducted in strict compliance with the company's rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Assist in the preparation of technical project documentation, such as Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and progress reports.
- Effectively liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Required Skills
- A strong foundational and theoretical knowledge of core civil engineering principles (structural analysis, materials science, soil mechanics, etc.).
- A high level of proficiency in using essential engineering software such as AutoCAD is required.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable teamwork and leadership potential.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, a very strong work ethic, and an intense passion for learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from a COREN-accredited and recognized institution.
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or an Upper Credit is strictly required.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at the time of application.
