Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages to the correct departments and individuals in a timely manner.
  • Managing the inventory of office stationery, kitchen supplies, and other consumables, and placing new orders as required.
  • Assisting with a wide range of document management tasks, including high-volume photocopying, scanning, binding, and archiving.
  • Preparing and setting up meeting rooms with the required equipment, technology, and refreshments ahead of scheduled meetings.
  • Providing basic reception cover during busy periods or absences, including greeting visitors and directing calls professionally.
  • Supporting various teams across the office with ad-hoc administrative tasks and contributing to internal projects as needed.
