First Bank of Nigeria Limited is seeking accomplished Branch Managers to spearhead our retail sales and operations in key branches across Nasarawa, Benue, Gombe, Adamawa, Niger, and Potiskum. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive branch sales, customer acquisition, and liability generation.
- Supervise, mentor, and build the capacity of account officers and other branch staff to achieve and exceed all business goals and KPIs.
- Implement and manage a structured customer relationship management (CRM) framework, including call plans, regular client visits, and service reviews.
- Actively market and cross-sell the full range of the bank’s retail products and services to new and existing customers.
- Monitor the branch's financial performance against budget, prepare accurate and timely reports for regional management, and ensure sound financial controls.
- Uphold the highest standards of banking operations, ethics, and full compliance with all CBN and other regulatory requirements.

- Strong and proven leadership, supervisory, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian retail banking market, financial products, and core banking operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- A first degree (B.Sc. or HND) in a Business-related discipline (such as Banking, Finance, Economics, or Marketing) is required.

- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant banking experience, with at least 3 years in a hands-on retail services or marketing capacity.
