Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Weekend Care Assistants. No previous care experience is required – we provide full, industry-leading training to ensure you are confident and capable in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their own homes.

  • Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and shopping.

  • Support clients with daily activities, helping them remain independent.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent and caring interactions.

  • Follow personalised care plans and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and follow training guidelines.

  • Ability to work flexible weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).

Preferred Experience:

  • No experience required – full training provided.
