Job Summary

A growing retail and hospitality business in Lagos is urgently seeking a reliable Storekeeper to manage and oversee daily inventory operations. This role is ideal for individuals with basic organizational skills who are looking for immediate employment with accommodation benefits.

The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage of goods, and supporting smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the store/warehouse.
• Track and document stock levels, prepare stock reports, and update inventory management systems.
• Issue supplies to relevant departments upon request.
• Monitor stock usage and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
• Assist with periodic stock-taking and audits.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND or equivalent.
• Previous storekeeping or inventory management experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory software (Excel, ERP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks.
• Honest, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.
