Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring motivated Warehouse Operatives to support our growing branch operations. This is an entry-level position with immediate start available and no prior warehouse experience required — full training will be provided. Whether you’re supporting in the warehouse, assisting on the retail counter, or making deliveries, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safety-first culture while putting customers at the heart of everything you do

• Assist in warehouse operations, stock handling, and deliveries

• Support retail counter operations, maintaining excellent branch standards

• Work with the Fleet team to deliver top-class service and efficiency

• Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes to create a frictionless customer experience

• Ensure branch operational efficiency, delivering on KPIs and service level agreements

• Flexibly support colleagues across day-to-day tasks and deliveries as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt to varied tasks and responsibilities

• Basic business awareness and a customer-first mindset

• Previous experience in warehousing, retail, or logistics (not essential)
