Williams Hill Nigeria Limited is urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executives in Lagos. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with no prior experience required and offers an immediate start. The Personal Assistant will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with both personal and professional duties to ensure the smooth operation of executive responsibilities.

As a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage travel and meeting arrangements, and provide organisational support across multiple tasks. This role provides excellent exposure to executive administration and a chance to develop strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills while contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the management team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, managing the employer’s calendar efficiently.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, creating detailed itineraries.
  • Handle emails, letters, and other correspondence, including drafting and proofreading.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, take and distribute minutes, and coordinate logistics.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and prepare background materials as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing personal and professional events.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing inquiries and screening calls.
  • Build and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
  • Run errands such as picking up supplies, managing personal tasks, and other ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Assist with project management tasks including tracking deadlines and coordinating with teams.
  • Maintain databases, enter data, and keep records up to date.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required by the employer.
