We are urgently hiring a Hotel Receptionist to join our reputable hotel on Lagos Island. This role includes free accommodation and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for guests, the receptionist will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Process guest payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
  • Address guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

  • 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles (freshers are welcome).
  • Previous hotel or reception experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
