Job Summary:
As a SharePoint Developer at ECG, you will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions that streamline document management, collaboration, and workflow systems. This role provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on healthcare services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, customize, and support SharePoint Online environments, including internal document review workflow systems.

Extend and maintain SharePoint custom code using SPFx, C#, React, TypeScript, and PowerShell.

Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, and end-user support via ServiceNow.

Improve search functionality and maintain scripts related to SharePoint operations.

Integrate applications with ERP and CRM systems using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

Provide documentation, training, and support for IT staff and end users.

Conduct risk assessments, ROI analyses, and provide work estimates to IT leadership.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance existing systems.

Mentor team members and contribute to hiring processes when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computing science, information systems, or equivalent experience (5 years of related work may substitute).

5+ years of experience with SharePoint development in enterprise environments.

Strong SPFx development experience; familiarity with Microsoft Teams, M365, and Azure.
-
3+ years of experience with C#, React, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
-
2+ years of experience with M365 Groups, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Functions, and PnP.

Availability to work occasional weekends/evenings and travel 5–10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SSRS, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or PowerPivot.

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, Agile methodologies, and project management.

Exposure to HIPAA regulations and healthcare systems is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
-
5+ years in SharePoint development within enterprise healthcare or consulting environments.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
