Job Summary:

As a SharePoint Developer at ECG, you will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions that streamline document management, collaboration, and workflow systems. This role provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on healthcare services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and support SharePoint Online environments, including internal document review workflow systems.

• Extend and maintain SharePoint custom code using SPFx, C#, React, TypeScript, and PowerShell.

• Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, and end-user support via ServiceNow.

• Improve search functionality and maintain scripts related to SharePoint operations.

• Integrate applications with ERP and CRM systems using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

• Provide documentation, training, and support for IT staff and end users.

• Conduct risk assessments, ROI analyses, and provide work estimates to IT leadership.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance existing systems.

• Mentor team members and contribute to hiring processes when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computing science, information systems, or equivalent experience (5 years of related work may substitute).

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint development in enterprise environments.

• Strong SPFx development experience; familiarity with Microsoft Teams, M365, and Azure.

• 3+ years of experience with C#, React, TypeScript, and PowerShell.

• 2+ years of experience with M365 Groups, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Functions, and PnP.

• Availability to work occasional weekends/evenings and travel 5–10% as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SSRS, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or PowerPivot.

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, Agile methodologies, and project management.

• Exposure to HIPAA regulations and healthcare systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in SharePoint development within enterprise healthcare or consulting environments.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
