Shell is urgently hiring a Senior Subsea Delivery Engineer for the Bonga New Oil Project. This role offers an immediate start and is open to highly experienced candidates seeking a career-defining opportunity in offshore subsea hardware delivery. As a Senior Subsea Delivery Engineer, you will lead engineering, installation, and tie-in of critical subsea hardware, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project basis for design, engineering, and design packages for subsea and topsides work packages.
  • Execute assigned project scope, ensuring engineering, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities are delivered safely.
  • Manage Quality, Cost, and Schedule performance, applying project principles and assurance frameworks.
  • Resolve technical and non-technical issues efficiently during project execution.
  • Lead project cost estimates, schedules, and technical reviews (HAZIDs, HAZOPs, Risk Assessments).
  • Provide visible leadership in HSSE, diversity, team development, and cost management.

Desired Skills

  • Subsea hardware delivery expertise (Christmas Trees, control modules, manifolds, jumpers).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership in safety (HSSE) and technical delivery.
  • Experience in cost control and contract management.
  • Ability to work in offshore environments and travel as required.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
  • COREN registration or actively pursuing registration.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 7+ years in subsea hardware delivery.
  • Proven track record in large-scale offshore projects.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and project management frameworks.
