Job Summary:

We are seeking driven, outgoing Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our high-energy team in North York. In this role, you’ll meet customers face-to-face, present industry-leading services, and build strong relationships — all while earning a competitive hourly rate plus unlimited commission. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person to discuss Bell Canada’s internet, TV, and mobile services.

• Build trust and rapport while explaining product features and benefits.

• Accurately log activities and update customer leads.

• Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Participate in morning team huddles to review promotions, share wins, and stay motivated.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

• Dependable, punctual, and available for full-time, consistent hours (not open to students).

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and resilience in the face of challenges.

• Eager to learn new skills in sales and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (not required — full training provided).
