Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Lead (Part-Time) to join our dynamic Orlando store. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a talented team, deliver world-class guest experiences, and contribute directly to store performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating New Balance’s Core Competencies.

• Coach, mentor, and motivate associates to achieve store KPIs.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences using our GUEST service model.

• Open and close the store in alignment with operational standards.

• Ensure safety protocols and proper lifting procedures are followed.

• Assist in driving sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and team engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven leadership ability and team supervision skills.

• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical ability to lift up to 8 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance, stand for long periods, and climb ladders or stairs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.

• Background in sportswear, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
