We are hiring Restaurant Servers to join a busy and vibrant dining establishment in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for friendly, energetic individuals who want to start immediately in the hospitality industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
As a Server, you will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers with a friendly attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serving food and drinks while ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Following health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements & Skills
- No previous restaurant or hospitality experience required – training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
