Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our retail banking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various digital channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve Customer Queries: Professionally and efficiently troubleshoot a wide range of issues, from assisting with online banking navigation and password resets to providing information on account balances and recent transactions.
- Educate and Inform: Clearly explain banking products, services, and digital features to customers, empowering them to make the most of our online and mobile banking platforms and enhancing their financial literacy.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in our advanced CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing a clear history for future reference. This is critical for maintaining our high standards of service.
- Identify and Escalate Issues: Recognize when a customer’s issue requires advanced technical or financial expertise and escalate the case to the appropriate internal department with detailed notes to ensure a seamless handover.
- Adhere to Compliance Standards: Uphold the highest standards of security and data protection in every interaction, strictly following all bank policies and financial regulations to protect our customers and the institution.
