We are urgently seeking a proactive Programme Management Officer to join our award-winning Project & Programme Services team. Key Responsibilities:

Support the setup of programmes and programme management offices (PMOs).

Lead and support programmes of work, often involving complex stakeholder environments.

Engage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders.

Assist in meeting or exceeding set KPIs and SLAs.

Contribute to improving programme management best practices.

Analyse data from multiple sources to assess impacts on programme delivery.

Prepare reports, track actions, and ensure timely completion.

Drive innovation in processes, data handling, and reporting tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive, innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-
Undergraduate or Master’s degree (construction, real estate, or facility management preferred).

Programme management qualification (P3O, MSP, or equivalent).
-
Programme Management or PMO experience (preferably in property/construction).
-
Knowledge of programme/project components and delivery.
-
Proficiency with reporting tools, especially Power BI.
-
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Power Platform, Power Query, and Smartsheets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or real estate programmes.
