Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive tour itineraries, including travel, accommodations, and logistics.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue booking, technical setup, and show production.
• Act as primary liaison for artists on tour, ensuring needs are met seamlessly.
• Manage tour documentation: visas, permits, financials, and compliance.
• Research new markets and identify opportunities to expand Mavin’s touring presence.
• Create innovative event concepts and partnerships to boost revenue.
• Monitor tour performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, and sponsors.
