Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a skilled IT Technical Network Systems Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for end-users in our Los Angeles office. This role focuses on Mac and Windows systems, user collaboration tools, and system administration, ensuring seamless operations across hardware and software platforms. Immediate start candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support for employees at all levels, locally and remotely.

• Support Apple Mac (OS X) clients and applications, including Adobe CS Suite, Apple iWork, CAD tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

• Maintain backup infrastructure for laptops, servers, and designated hardware.

• Conduct new starter IT inductions and training.

• Ensure IT security systems and fire alarms are fully operational.

• Maintain Cisco Meraki systems and collaborate with global IT teams on application deployment.

• Manage stock levels of critical IT components and update related documentation.

• Prepare weekly progress reports for IT management and stakeholders.

• Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience with Apple Mac OSX and system administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2008+) and Google Suite applications.

• Mobile device support for iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks.

• Active Directory / Open Directory knowledge.

• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.

• Effective English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Apple MAC Certification

• Adobe application support (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Exposure to JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Microsoft O365 support (Exchange, OWA)

• Experience supporting 100+ employees

Preferred Experience:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Network Systems Engineer
