We’re urgently hiring an Institutional Development Associate to join our Institutional Development Team — the group responsible for securing funding from major donors, foundations, corporations, and global institutions. Key Responsibilities

Donor Research & Data Management

  • Conduct research on potential donors, foundations, and institutional partners

  • Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce and other tracking systems

  • Monitor donor pipelines and funding opportunities

Proposal & Fundraising Support

  • Draft donor outreach materials, reports, and presentations

  • Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, and impact statements

  • Help with design and formatting of donor-facing collateral

Administrative & Event Support

  • Organise team meetings, take notes, and track deliverables

  • Support planning for fundraising events in NYC/DC

  • Coordinate small-scale donor requests and stewardship activities

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or related fields (non-profit experience a plus)

  • Strong research, writing, and organisational skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft SharePoint; Salesforce experience a plus

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • Interest in international development, humanitarian work, or global health
