Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Owner-Operator Truck Drivers with Sprinter Vans to partner with us in delivering freight across the country. This opportunity is ideal for motivated drivers who own their own vehicles and want to maximize their earning potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Transport loads safely and efficiently across designated routes in the U.S.

• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Maintain clean, well-equipped vehicles free of decals.

• Use proper cargo securement equipment (minimum of 4 straps and PPE).

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. roadways and logistics operations

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate in basic English (speak, read, and understand)

• Professionalism and customer-focused attitude

Required Qualifications:

• Must own a Sprinter van (2016 model year or newer)

• Proof of Insurance (COI) with Auto Liability of $1,000,000 and Cargo coverage of $100,000

• Minimum 6 months of driving experience

• Legal right to work in the U.S. (citizen, resident, green card, or valid work authorization)

Vehicle Requirements:

• Cargo space minimums: Length 100”, Width 48”, Height 53”

• No decals or company markings on the vehicle

• Equipped with at least 4 straps and PPE

Rates & Compensation:

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $1.05 – $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.90 – $1.10 per mile. Canada – Sprinters $1.25 – $1.55 per mile.
• Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay.

• Payment: Fast turnaround (3–5 business days, with quick pay option available)
