Job Summary

Be the welcoming face of Lekki Grandview Hotel. As our Hotel Receptionist, you will manage guest check-ins/outs, handle calls and reservations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional, organized front desk experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, verify IDs, and process payments accurately.
  • Handle calls, emails, and reservations; manage room assignments in the PMS.
  • Coordinate room status updates with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate unresolved concerns.
  • Maintain cash drawer accuracy, receipts, and assist with night audits during late shifts.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby neat, upholding grooming and hotel service standards.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in hotel front desk or strong customer service background.
  • Excellent communication and confident phone etiquette.
  • Professional appearance and guest-first attitude.
  • Proficiency with PMS, typing, and Excel.
  • Accuracy in handling cash/card transactions.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; dependable and punctual.
