Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and online reservations.
• Assign rooms and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate room status with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Resolve guest queries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are neat, professional, and welcoming.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with PMS or similar systems.

Preferred Qualification

• HND or Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
