Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer I to join our AMEA (Asia, Middle East, and Africa) Technology Division in Hyderabad, India. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated developer who thrives in designing and building scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with architects, advisors, and cross-functional teams to design solutions, develop high-performing applications, review code quality, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer I, you will:

  • Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors and solution architects to break down business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement resilient, secure, and high-performance code across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce best development practices, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Support leadership teams by providing status updates, issue escalations, and project progress reports.
  • Act as the owner of software demo content, ensuring business requirements are translated into functional solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication, collaborating with onsite and offshore vendor teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior developers, supporting knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.
  • Serve as a backup for the development lead when required.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related discipline.

Experience:

  • Associate level: Prior experience not required.
  • Standard I: Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Standard II – Senior II: 3–5 years depending on seniority level.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in both front-end and back-end application development.
  • Strong knowledge of modern frameworks, microservices, and scalable architecture.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC tools.
