Job Summary:

We’re urgently hiring Customer Team Members to join our friendly and welcoming Co-op store team. This is a fantastic entry-level role with no prior experience required, offering full paid training, flexible shifts, and the chance to make a real difference in your community. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the tills and across the shop floor

• Assist with restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and a friendly approach

• Support colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience

• Ensure all products are priced, dated, and stored correctly

• Participate in community events and initiatives to support the local area

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• No prior experience required — full training provided

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (advantageous but not essential)

Preferred Experience:

0–1 year (Entry Level)
