Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Officer, Influencers will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, donor engagement, and revenue through influencer partnerships and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives. This role involves managing influencer campaigns, building strong relationships with talent, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure high-impact campaigns that align with Action Against Hunger’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a full-funnel influencer marketing strategy to boost revenue, brand awareness, and engagement.

Support and manage peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, including donor acquisition and retention strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Serve as the primary liaison for influencers, peer-to-peer fundraisers, and external agencies.

Create reports and analyze the effectiveness of influencer and fundraising campaigns.

Develop and maintain influencer and peer-to-peer marketing toolkits, content, and messaging guidelines.

Manage third-party fundraising platforms and maintain web presence.

Oversee user-generated content initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Foster long-term relationships with influencers and donors, encouraging continued engagement and support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or nonprofit fundraising.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data analysis.

Proven vendor management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Creative problem solver with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

Experience working with talent agencies, influencers, and content creators.

Familiarity with fundraising platforms (e.g., Funraise, Classy) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience negotiating contracts with influencers or agencies.

Knowledge of online fundraising best practices.
Preferred Experience:

3–4 years of experience in a related role.
