Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives (Insiders) and Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer phones, take accurate orders, and process transactions

• Prepare food items and maintain high quality standards

• Deliver pizzas to customers efficiently and safely (for delivery drivers)

• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

• Basic problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years (for delivery drivers)

• Dependable vehicle with required liability insurance (for delivery drivers)

• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years)

• Flexibility to work between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekdays and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or food service

• Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus but not required
