Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and guide new customers through product adoption and setup.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess usage and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health metrics (e.g., NPS, usage data) to proactively identify and address risk.
  • Act as the main point of contact, solving issues and coordinating with Salesforce teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell initiatives aligned with customer value goals.
