Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, returns, payments, and inquiries

• Operate computerized cash registers and process transactions quickly and accurately

• Assist with store gift cards, licenses (hunting, fishing, dog), and customer account services

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, providing quick solutions and friendly service

• Answer phones, assist with product inquiries, and direct calls to the right department

• Keep the customer service desk clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Help prepare the store for opening and closing duties

• Ensure customers leave satisfied, supported, and eager to return

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training!

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work days, evenings, and a Saturday rotation

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a positive attitude

• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
