Key Responsibilities
- Assist elderly and dependent clients with daily activities (meals, hygiene, mobility support)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in health or wellbeing to supervisors
- Maintain a safe and supportive living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
- Work with healthcare teams to ensure consistent quality care
Desired Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and reliability
- Ability to follow care instructions and routines
- Basic English or Swedish communication
- Willingness to learn caregiving practices
Preferred Qualification
- Previous caregiving, nursing assistant, or healthcare aide experience (preferred, not required)
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage
- Secondary school or equivalent education
- Willingness to undergo caregiver training in Sweden
