Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable and skilled Bartender / Counter Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with people, and showcasing their mixology and service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Take beverage and food orders directly from guests or servers

• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately

• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar area

• Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service compliance

• Maintain deep knowledge of the food and beverage menu, promotions, and daily specials

• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times

• Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

• Attentive listener with strong problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Required Qualifications:

• Prior bartending or restaurant service experience (preferred but not required)

• Knowledge of basic mixology, cocktail preparation, and food safety practices

• Must have or obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or wait staff in a high-volume restaurant
