Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Backend Software Engineer to join our client’s high-growth Survey Engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of backend systems, build scalable data-driven applications, and work in a modern, cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.

• Design scalable database structures and write optimized SQL queries.

• Build and manage Docker-based containers for development and production environments.

• Participate in peer code reviews and support continuous integration workflows.

• Implement features integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve engineering goals and project timelines.

• Ensure application reliability, performance, and data integrity.
