Nigerian Breweries Plc is seeking a high-performing and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team and operations based in Enugu, covering the entire Southeast Region. What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed all regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual sales and distribution plan for the Enugu region, setting clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance management for the regional sales team to build and sustain a high-performing culture.
- Oversee the management of key distributor accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient order processing, and strong, profitable partnerships.
- Drive the flawless execution of all national and regional trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities within the territory.
- Conduct regular market visits with your team to gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular, insightful sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

- Proven and inspiring leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales force.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division (2:2).
- A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive commercial sales experience in a leading FMCG company is essential.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a team leadership or sales supervisory/management role.
- A valid driver's license and an extensive, in-depth knowledge of the commercial landscape and distribution channels of Southeastern Nigeria.
