What You Will Do
- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
- Skillfully troubleshoot customer issues with patience and empathy, providing clear, effective, and timely solutions.
- Expertly guide customers through the Konga website and mobile app, helping them place orders and navigate various features with ease.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and valuable feedback in our system to help our teams continuously improve our service.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Konga customers, handling all inquiries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and clear information about our products, order status, shipping policies, and return/refund procedures.
- Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding incorrect items, delayed deliveries, payment disputes, or product issues.
- Effectively liaise with other internal departments (such as Logistics, Payments, and Merchant Support) to ensure customer issues are resolved completely.
- Process customer refunds or exchanges in strict accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction (CSAT), first-contact resolution, and response time.

Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of a National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution is required; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- You must have access to a reliable personal laptop/desktop computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet, professional space to work from home.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluency in other Nigerian languages (e.g., Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo) is a major plus.
